First off… The government is not exactly known for having state of the art technology unless DND has a special budget for tech-toys… So who would want to buy old computer parts, let alone $1-millions dollars worth of stuff.  This is not a spiralling out of control, it’s a long-term, well thought out theft and fraud.

And how come I can’t sell old snow pants or cloth diaper wraps on Kijiji but this guy makes a million dollars stealing his employers property?!?

And furthermore… Didn’t the DND ever figure out that they were missing all that stuff?  Don’t they have an IT department??

Unbelievable.
