Some washed up 23 year old “celebrity” named Lindsay Lohan is suing E*Trade for $100 million because in a commercial that aired during the Super Bowl, E*Trade used a baby named Lindsay and, well, that’s her name. She said she has the same single name recognition as “Oprah” and “Madonna”. Really? How about “G-D’ or “Jesus”. Lindsay, get real.
Lindsay was the 31st most popular name for girls in 2009.
It is being reported that upon seeing the commercial she cried. If E*Trade were making fun of me, I’d laugh so much it would make me cry. Those commercials with the babies are really cute!
